Medal base

This thing is a simple unobtrusive base for displaying medals upright. The base file is an OpenScad design, which allows you to tailor the base to your medal size and thickness. Two STL files are provided, with slits of 10 and 7.5 mm. Some fillers are included too, but the best result is reached by tailoring the dimensions to the medal diameter and thickness.

The intention was to create a 'museum-grade' display tool.
