MediMemo lid

We use [MediMemo pill organisers](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0089X494S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ep_dp_DutLAbK1S1P5X?tag=meand-21), but find the lids have a tendency to crack. Here's some replacement lids, with day names in English.
