Our kitten is a year old now, and not a kitten anymore! I originally designed the [Small Pet Door Wall Frame](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1729360) so our cat could go from the house to the garage, where his litter box is located. Now he is too big for that little door, so I redesigned the frame for the medium Ideal Pets pet door, with a 7" x 11.5" opening.
The Ideal Pet door is a quality product with a vinyl flap and lock-out slide, and runs about $22 from many retailers. Out of the box, the door telescopes to 2" and is designed to be installed in a door. This 3D printed frame extends the range to about 6" to 7" so it can be installed in a wall instead.
The frame is printed in two parts so it can be printed on a 200 x 200 mm print bed. One of the dimensions is 204 mm, but most 200 mm beds are actually a little wider (mine is 214 mm), so you may need to increase the dimensions of your print area to > 205 mm before printing the frame. I printed the frame with 0.3 mm la
