Mega Keyer complete enclosure

A remix of W6IPA's Mega Keyer enclosure design so that there is now a printed bottom, top and sides. I also added the "engraving" for the port names.

Update - added a "reset" lever through the back panel to allow the reset button on the Arduino to be pressed. Use "Rear V7" for the cut out and then fasten the Reset Lever through the rear panel with a 2mm screw and washer.
