Mega/Ramps Fan Mount

I built this to go with the [Mega 2560 Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1064960) which has a very minimalist design. This minimalists fan mount simply clips onto an Arduino Mega 2560 with room for a healthy sized shield such as the Ramps 1.4, (even if populated with DRV8825s and heat sinks.)

It has mounting holes for both 60mm fans and for 40mm fans. Typically you will print two, but one alone could work in some cases.
