I made this display mount for my mendel max 1.5, and so far I'm really happy with it. Hope you enjoy it. The display is held in place by 4x M3 screws and 2x M4 screws.

NOTE:
While searching ebay I have found some similar 128x64 display boards for the RAMPS that appear to be the same size but have a different button layout. You may use Autodesk 123D design tool to move the location of the button cut outs.
