It replaces the original element or serves as an upgrade, ensuring a smooth and silent guidance of the cables inside the frame and the steerer tube.Printed in TPU 95A, it offers the perfect combination of flexibility and durability needed to absorb vibrations and protect the cables (brakes, gears, motor, etc.) from wear, while simultaneously preventing annoying rattling noises.✨ Key FeaturesBike Model: Specific for Merida E-Bikes (Please verify diameter compatibility).Function: Guiding and dampening cables at the headset entry/exit point.Recommended Material: TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) with 95A hardness or similar for shock absorption and abrasion resistance.Advantages:Anti-Rattle: Eliminates the noise of cables hitting the inside of the frame.Cable Protection: The flexibility of TPU prevents friction and wear on cable housings.Easy Installation: Designed for a snug, press-fit into the headset cup/frame.🖨️ 3D Printing Tips (TPU 95A)To achieve the best results with TPU 95A, we recommend:Infill: 100% for maximum density and damping function.Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance between detail and speed.Nozzle Temperature: 220°C - 230°C.Bed Temperature: 40°C - 60°C (with adhesive).Speed: Very slow (20mm/s - 30mm/s) for correct flexible material extrusion.Extruder: Preferably a Direct Drive system for printing TPU.PLEASE NOTE: Always check the dimensions against your original Merida E-Bike component before printing to ensure a perfect fit.Bring new life to your Merida with a functional and high-performance 3D print!
