Mesa LW Top Rail

Lightweight version of the top rail for the Mesa, shaving 5g of weight off while maintaining its strength. Directly replaces the original part, with no modifications required. Supports on the baseplate are needed for the rail bridges, but they should be pretty easy to bridge if you have good cooling.
