Meshtastic Node / Repeater - Heltec V3 or RAK

Waterproof and weatherproof, pole/pipe mounted junction box with board, battery, and antenna.
Run a waterproof POE ethernet cable out to it and up inside the pole, then through the interior wire tubes,
through the grommet and into the box. Inside, use a POE power splitter to split off the power and run
into a cheap USB power module to power the node with a USB C cable. This setup withstands rain, snow and
wind - even on a cheap PVC pipe. Use WiFi or Bluetooth to connect to the device. It's reliable, and works
well as tested in the real world. No water or bugs inside the junction box.

Construction notes:
Drill 3/4" (19mm) holes with a step-bit for both the antenna and the grommet. Use stainless steel screws for all if this will be used outside.
I used M2.5x6mm screws to screw the boards to the carrier plate, and zip-ties to hold everything else in place inside the box. The M5 wood screws that come with it to mount the back of the junction box to the pole-mount back plate are not stain
