Messina 1347 Insert (Remix)

I modified the design to tailor to my preferences (more lightweight, and for example playerboxes where you simply chuck all the components into it).

This is my second ever insert design and there are some lessons learned I would apply to a V2 of this insert (but likely won't get to in the near foreseeable future).

Here are my wants for a future design (in case someone else is interested in tackling them):
- I miscalculated the hexes + tiles section so they move around quite a bit. To fix it for my alread-printed insert, I have designed a "z_fixer" file to lock this space but you could redesign the 3 files
- I envisioned the playerboard cutouts to fit neatly in the boards themselves but there is too much space "around" them so they tend to "break loose". I would redesign the 3x spacers to perhaps store these cutouts.
