Metal Igloo

Someone posted a question in GRABCAD about how to build a dome model with pentagons and hexagons in Solidworks. He also posted a picture of the model. I was intrigued by the model and tried to build one, and this is the result. In the picture, all hexagons and pentagons seem regular and perfect, but I could not make them so. Geometrically, it seems that it is not possible, or is it? The door in the model is downloaded from GRABCAD and recreated in Solidworks with full feature manager tree for all parts and assembly. Thanks to him.
