Metatarsal Arch Support

The STL file furnished is for a US size #11 Left Foot. However, this model could be mirrored and scaled to produce any size insert. I've been wearing my insert for 6 months, and there has been little or no wear. It has formed comfortably to my shoe and foot, and provided with the support I need.
