New version of the method feeder, which brought up all the ailments I came up with last season.
The feeder is newly divided into two parts:
1) Feeder_top
- the upper part of the feeder can be printed with any material
2) Feeder_bottom_xxx
- suggests printing with ABS. The holes intended for screwing to the upper part are artificial, a little larger affect the very property of ABS.
The connection of the two two parts is then designed using M3 screws (I personally used M3x5). In total, it is possible to connect both parts in 4 places. All you have to do is connect it to 2. The other two holes are intended only in case the prints are not so successful and is needed to eliminate spaces between prints.
I printed the feeder_top and feeder_bottom_xxx feeder itself using a 0.4 nozzle and a layer height of 0.28. The lower part of the feeder is designed for printing with ABS and for direct lead casting. For successful casting without deformation / minimal deformation of the prin
