Method Mount Mod for Top Mounted Filament

This part is a modification of the Method Spool Mount to support a spool of filament located above the machine instead of mounted to the machine directly.

I removed the spool mount, changed the angle of the PTFE Tube, and tightened up the tolerances for a secure smooth mount.

It is best to not print with PLA due to the heat that will be near the part.
