Makes
Printed a v1 at 1.3 scale
.1mm layer height
25mm/s print speed
10% infill
Supports everywhere
Support infil 10%
Support type lines
support angle 30 degrees
Leave the metroid upside down for best quality. This is a remix however I cannot find the op content, I downloaded the metroid model a while ago. If you have the link or find it, please comment below so I can update the description. I wanted to print this for the inside of my pc. Tried print the metroid and stand together but the supports would get stuck in the model or there would be layer drooping. With the threaded model and above print settings, there was no dropping and minimal cleanup. Printing a v2 at 1.8 scale now and will post a picture of it when finished.
Update: V2 the threads inside the stand were changed to solid from hole meaning its filled in. Re-edited with tinkercad to make thread insert smaller and have the threads actually be holes within the stand. Going to print at 1.0 scale and .16mm thickness to ens
