MGN12 Endstop mount for module 2002 creality endstop

Endstop for Creality type 2002 endstop that sits on the MGN12H rail and mounts to the extrusion that the MGN12H rail is attached to below with 3.5mm holes

Note MGN12C rails probably will work also since it only is based on how high the rubber nub on the rail sits.

V2 is alpha.

Printing now if I never edit this then It works or I'm dead. 9/15/2020
