This is simple mic clip. Microphone is used from broken PC headset. Mic diameter is 10mm, and cable width is 3mm. I posted FreeCad file so you can mak customization for your mic or cable.

Used components:
- mic from headset with diameter 10mm
- audio cable (2 wire) 3mm width
- 3.5mm audio jack
- paper clip 19mm

Print it vertical with mic cap down. Support and brim is not needed just one or 2 skirt lines. I placed 1 layer (0.2mm) between mic cap and cable part to enable printing without support. This layer is easy to remove later so cable can pass through.

In Cura (slicer) for this item I set "wall line count" to 2 so this one layer can be printed correctly (see Cura images)
