I have a class set of micro:bits, and wanted to make a holder for both the boards and the battery packs to limit the inevitable yanking of wires. The design was originally prototyped in TinkerCAD, then fine-tuned (and made parametric) in OpenSCAD.
There are .stl files here for the three sizes of battery pack I have (the standard AAA with no switch, AAA with power switch, and AA with power switch), and I have included the OpenSCAD file for the battery holder so it can be easily modified if your battery pack is a little different. There are .stl's for the battery packs connected to the microbit card slot, as well as separate, so that you can create your own arrangement if you like.
NOTE: supports are required for both the card slot and battery holder, I use support enforcers as shown in the picture.
