Micro:bit case for microbit with battery holder

Small case for micro:bit and default (26x16x53mm) battery box.

Features:

* Can be put on its side to have the microbit tilted upright.
* The large pins are accessible by (small) crocodile clamps (optional in customizer).
* The V2 power led is visible
* The V2 touch-sensitive logo touchable (optional in customizer).
* The customizer can be used to create separate prints for case and lid

The lid closes with a nice 'click' (top has to be closed first) and requires some effort (and nails) to open so it doesn't open accidentally.
The battery also sits quite firmly locked and the weight of it keeps the thing stable in all positions.

The power connector can be decoupled to switch off the V1 but the case was designed with the V2 in mind which can be switched off with a long-press of the reset button.
