Micro Extruder - E3dv6

I modified the micro extruder from Ultibot to fit the E3Dv6 hotend. I slid down the mount to allow hot end to be removed without the need to remove the extruder motor (remember to pull out filament). Use the original idler from the Ultibot micro extruder and the same mechanical kit.

Added a version that has a fan duct support to mount a 40mm fan using the duct from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:494430
