Micro Kal v3

This is an ultra lightweight 90mm frame for 8.5mm brushed motors.

I originally designed it to be made of a 1mm carbon fiber plate (video soon). But this can also be printed. For this, I suggest 2 or 3 mm height in ABS. ABS will bend and not break like with PLA giving you more opportunity to crash :)

The motor mounts are exactly 8.5 mm diameter, for this I use double sided tape in the motors and then insert it in the motor mounts (images soon).

Use the dxf for ordering it to be made of carbon fiber. Notice the orientation of the fibers in the image example, this is very important since the direction of the fibers determine the rigidity of the frame!
