This thing was designed to mount a 10T85 limit switch (cheap chinese versions, same that can be found on some 3D printers) to a piece of IKEA furniture.

This support relies on 2 protruding pins to position the micro switch inside the holder. The holder can be mounted using 2 M3 screws. The micro switch is friction-fit, but I have included a small safety margin (about 0.5-1mm) to make sure the support does not bend when the switch is inserted.

Not much more to say. Just for context, I wanted to make a cupboard for my Nintendo Switch in my IKEA Kallax, so I bought their cupboard assembly. I then used super-cheap push-button lights, opened them up and replaced the push-button with a micro switch, wired as Normally Closed. I mounted that switch to my Kallax so that the door would push against it when closed, turning the lights off. It's basically a fridge light !
