Micro Timing Belt Coupler / Clip

This micro timing belt coupler can be used to make timing belt loops instead of having to attach the timing belt to some sort of stationary bracket.

This one is so small that it can actually move all the way around the timing belt gear on the motor! Although the belt tends to slip a little bit whenever the couple is moving over the gears - unless you're using a larger gear.

It works out perfectly for my case because the coupler needs to move over one very large gear but not over the smaller one.

Print using 100% infill and it's also a good idea to super glue it into place AFTER sliding the timing belt into it.

If the single thread version is too small, try the double thread version.
