Micro USB Cover fit Libre 2 reader

This is a remix of a remix from ErikWTN which was a remix from truglodite.

Basically just thinning out the back a little so that it fit properly on the Libre 2 CGM reader.
All this due to one day my reader kept showing connected even though it is not. I assume the reader was shorted in the micro usb port as it is always in pocket and getting dust and dirt.
This fixes it and since it's so small it's a fast TPU print.
