This is a microbit for doing wire wrapping with thin wires much easier. It can be used in a manual screwdriver easily, but where it really gets useful is to place it into a low-torque electric screwdriver. You'll have good, fast, and repeatable wire wraps with minimal fuss this way.Tips on usage for the tool:1. Place a few millimeters of thin wire up through the bottom of the tool and out of the side.2. Place the middle hole of the tool onto the pin you want to wire wrap.3. Orient the part of the wire sticking out of the bottom to the direction you want it lay with the side-hole of the tool facing in that direction.4. Hold the wire firmly and twist the tool counter-clockwise (To the left.) until the wire is successfully wrapped around the pin. Hold the the screwdriver in place while wrapping. A mechanical screwdriver makes this easier and makes better looking wraps.5. Lift off of the pin and optionally use pliers fold the last small bit of wire that wasn't wrapped.Printing Tips:If you're printing with Prusa Slicer, I recommend to use the painting layer transitions option. Paint a blue line (Where you want a layer transition and blobbing to occur.) on one edge of the microbit hex shaft. Paint red (Where to prevent layer transition and blobbing.) within the shaft and around the hole. This will ensure that both the part has more chance to fit and the inside of the wire wrapping head isn't gunked up with plastic. Additionally, it should make sanding easier if you want to do that.I recommend to print at a 0.1mm layer height. A simple brim should work for sticking down the part onto a glass bed (Like the textured Creality glass bed.) as long as you don't have any cold drafts. You might need to use wire cutters to cut off some of the bit shaft after it's printed, however, due to elephant's foot not making it fit and bowing out the bottom few layers of plastic. If you choose to use a small raft, you should not have this problem.
