My version of the microdrone casing for the article: https://www.elektormagazine.com/labs/esp-fly-the-smallest-esp32-drone-you-can-build.
This casing weighs 2.5 g when printed in ABS plastic with a 0.2 mm layer height and a 0.4 mm nozzle. I used part cooling to reduce the amount of support material required. The ski landing gear is attached to the casing using glue - a mixture of dichloroethane and ABS scraps. Motors are 6 mm in diameter, and the battery connector socket is a JST ZH 1.5 mm. The cover (Upper casing), along with the battery, is attached to the casing using a zip tie secured in the designated slots.
The ESP32 model was sourced from the manufacturer’s website (wiki.seeedstudio.com).
