Microduino PnP module

Printable casing for a Microduino with RS485 module.
Cabling with power and RS485, and analog/digital stuff are hooked up to the plugboard located on the shoe, microduino core+ and 10DOF and rs485 module are plugged onto the MCU board. Body and lid house the Microduino and slide into the shoe connecting the Microduino and modules to power and comms and IO attached to the shoe with a DB15 connector (VGA) making it Plug and Play-like.

Purpose of this is to serve as a nerve-node for my [WoW Imp android](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1095542), gathering input from sensors and controlling motors in the android's limbs. Using RS485 and ModBus as somatic nervous system connected to the Pine64 clusterboard.
