Small test bench for adjusting servo travel directions and simple motor setup.
This small bench was inspired by "RC video review": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S74TF4YutQ&t=1086s
I started from scratch to make it more general-purpose, practical, and just as easy to print.
All moving parts clip together.
Cable management is facilitated by reusable clips.
Everything prints without supports.
A 'standard' layer thickness of 0.2 mm is sufficient.
The printing parameters are standard.
Optionally ensure that the infill is at least 25 or 30%.
It is highly recommended to print the clips in PETG because flexibility is necessary to prevent them from breaking during assembly.
The cradles are designed for micro servos. The tolerances are generous.
The motor cradle is intended for motors of about 30 mm.
The engine cradle is reversible for engines with front or rear mountings.
The rear stabilizer can be T or V-shaped.
A very good flight controller is required to make it fly (jok
