Micrometric slide for focus stacking

Micrometric slide for focus stacking controllable with Arduino, step resolution up to 1 micron with 2 mm threaded rod. During printing the slice pauses on the "arca base" and "carriage" components, this pause is used to insert the nuts needed for assembly.
