When working with slides it is useful to have a rack to hold them in. Most racks are flat, but this design has them raised up in a bank. This makes them easier to handle and easier to see which slide is which. You can also use this as a drying rack if you are cleaning and reusing slides. The design holds the slides only at their ends, to minimize contamination or scuffing. This model holds 10 standard slides (25 x 75 x 1mm) 50mm wide version, optimised for washing and dryingThis separate print profile takes shorter 50mm covers slips, and has the steps in the middle cut away to form slopes to avoid the glass touching them, and to allow the water to drip down and collect at the bottom centre. Usage tip: Consider printing several racks, each in a different color, so you can use this to help manage your workflow - taking a slide from one rack, viewing it, and then placing it in another rack.
