MicroSDCard Extension plugin for tool holder

Needs some tweaking.

I've printed this tool holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2639592 for my CR-10s control box and found that i was for an ordinary SD Card extension - so instead of discarding the print - I decided to make a plugin for my MicroSD Card extension cable ... so here is my first contribution to Thingiverse :-)
