Microsoft Surface Book universal headphone cable guide

I have already made a cable guide for my headphones in the past, but that one required you to slide the thing on over the headphone jack. The headphones that I use now have a right angle headphone jack so I remade the model with a narrow slot on the side that allows the cable to be slid through.
