Microsoft surface elevated holder

This is a remix of the popular head phone holder. V2 uploaded to remove company name at foot of stand. Actual holder rotated 3 degrees forward to help with viewing. The rotation was from input from end user. This is stable as we tested it by mounting the Surface tablet on it and bumping the desk with varying force several times. It is advisable to test on the target surface before fully trusting stand. 7" drop may damage tablet.
