Midfoot Flat Pedal Attachment

These can be set with Look/Shimano cleats to try midfoot pedaling with your running shoes. It is a cheap way to try out if midfoot pedaling is your thing or not. I have made a video, so if you want to have a look at how these are used, you can check it.

They have been tried with PA12 and had sufficient rigidity.
