Milgard Window Plugs

The builder grade windows installed in my home have gaps in them that allow them to “breathe”. Due to the extreme cold temperatures where I live, I wanted to create some simple plugs I could put in place in an attempt to block cold air from entering the house and creating ice on the inside of the windows.
