Milling machine

I decided to build a milling machine and then thought I may as well post it here. All components used are off the shelf items except the drive pulleys. I have ommited all limit switch wiring and lube pipes for clarity. It would not be difficult to change bed size and Z axis movement. I have included step,iges and parasolid files if any one wants to use this design. The bed and pillar are fabricated from flat steel and will require normalising after welding. The spindle modelled as an R8 taper but could easily be changed to ISO 30
