This part replaces the front and back frame stiffeners included in the Z Brace mod. Instead a thicker front bracket and a threaded rod are used to provide better frame stiffness, adding a front to back support in the middle of the relatively thin front and back frame panels. The printed part, Front YBrace Bracket, has 4 holes for screws to secure it to the panel, they are 2.5mm for taping with an m3 bottoming tap, but can be drilled out for the screws you prefer of course. The part also has an indent for a threaded rod to brace the Y axis directly under the Y Belt, and a vertical extension to add support.

Parts list:
1x 16" (or longer) 3/8 threaded rod
2x 3/8 nuts
2x 3/8 ID washers, need to be narrow outer diameter to fit between frame wire harness cutout and Y axis stepper motor L bracket. I got 22mm OD and they just barely fit, something around 16-18mm would be ideal covering the cutout but having more clearance to the motor bracket.
