Milwaukee M18 Tool Holders

Took the remix from CanterburyFlyer that remixed the original files by Taaang and added the logo, a taller block for the long mount for the circular saw, and a taller block on the short mount for tools with the belt clip.

Update: Added 50mm base mount for hammer drill mount that was requested.
