This is a model of my own planet, Minerva. It is half the size of Earth, which is a great enough mass for an atmosphere, and 80 AU away from it’s star. Its star is a blue star which has an average temperature of 15,000 degrees Celsius, and lasts 10 million years, or possibly even less, ergo Minerva will not have much time to evolve. Minerva is quite far away from its star, but the volcanoes release enough carbon dioxide in the air to keep it warm by taking carbon from the inside of the planet and releasing it into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide. Minerva also has no plate movement, which helps keep it warm because if there is no plate movement on a planet then rocks containing carbon can more quickly and easily be transferred back into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide. Minerva also has liquid water. The rain creates these rocks made out of carbon by combining with chemicals from older rocks on land that have been broken down and washed into the ocean. This helps balance out the carbon
