Mingda D2: BLTouch +2 Cooling systems (D2,D3,D4) + Source Code

The source code (and the firmware.bin) has:
-2.7.0
-increased z driver current
-bltouch enabled
-custom PIDs
-thermal runaway fix
(!!! Remember to disconnect the Z-axis limit sswitch !!!)
Stock firmware uses hot end at 50% power, my firmware uses 100%. This avoids the Thermal runaway issue.
I recommend performing an autotune pid

To compile the source code you need to use visual studio code together with the platformio extension. The resulting .bin file must be placed on the sd card
COOLING SYSTEMS (Works also on D3 and D4):
-FIRST ITERATION: 4010 stock blower fan
-SECOND ITERATION: 4020 blower fan (much better)
