Mingda D2 Chassis Bumpers

I'm providing two files which replace the stock chassis plate bumpers on the Mingda D2 printer.

I printed this with an 0.6mm nozzle at around 0.4 or 0.3mm layer height.

Holes for the parts shouldn't need drilling out but everyone has their tolerances set differently.

This allows the Y-Gantry adapter provided in my other part listing to match up properly with the endstop.

This also provides a very tech-look to your printer compared to the original. lol ... I had Stargate / 1950s Chicago in mind when designing this; please forgive.

Please see photos how to feed the wires in through the rear bumper; you'll need to disconnect the spade connectors and feed them individually through the slots but there shouldn't be much force needed to pass them through.
