Mingda D2 Hemera mount

This is a self-designed Hemera mount bracket for the Mingda D2. The bracket fits perfectly to the original plate and allows to mount the Hemera extruder perfectly.

For firmware, I compiled my own, based on the original 2.7.0 version, but adding the ABL, changing the e-steps and lots of changes to match to the Hemera and to match to the latest improvements of 2.8.2 and other firmware from latest Mingda printers.
