明线收纳工具Mingxian storage tool

家用各类电源线数据线很少以明线形式存在，但单位却是有可能存在，办公桌位置的移动，必然伴随着电源线、网线及接线板的移动，在这样的情况下明线必然存在。如何使明线不过于显眼、且不被磕碰，又要满足美观的要求，这对明线收纳提出了较大要求。当然传统的明线收纳管也是不太合适的，一方面会破坏墙体或是地面，另一方面固定之后便不能再移动，灵活性较差。于是设计了这款明线收纳工具，兼具灵活方便放置且上方有盖子通过榫卯结构固定的特点。起初打印出来发现榫卯接触部分太小，觉得要把尺寸放宽一些，后来发现维持这个尺寸正好，卡得够紧。安装也很简单，先把线放在里面（近心一侧），作为盖子的垫层，把盖子的一边先卡上底座的一边（约盖子的十分之一部分），另一边通过往下轻压底座的方式（力要巧，避免大力出奇迹压断底座），使得另一边扣上，两边扣上之后，再用老虎钳或锤子轻轻往里面敲。轻敲直至盖子和底座完全重合。盖子榫卯结构较小，想轻松推进去是做不到的，唯有先卡十分之一的部分再轻敲可完成。如此整体设计，最终卡得很紧，起到了盖子不会轻易掉下来的作用。（很多up主上传了盖上去的模型，这种因为不够紧或时间较长原因，最终会松动，不仅不能固定，且缝隙会成为灰尘收纳地）模型分了三份，每一部分是一样的，既方便小机器打印，也方便根据实际对明线进行转向，可根据实际需求增减打印。 Household power cords and data cables rarely exist in the form of exposed wires, but they may exist in units.
