Mini Ammo Can

Mini ammo can designed to fit 120 rounds of .223/5.56 on stripper clips while fitting into a backpack. It can also fit approx 200 rounds of 9mm. They can be stacked, and the lids can be removed like ordinary ammo cans.

The hinges are all cut and bent out of a coat hangar that measures approx .08 in in diameter, or approx 2mm. the handle attachment points and the stand-offs(not in photo) are superglued to the top of the lid. the Lid hinge pins are glued into the holes in the body.

(the stand-offs are bumps on the lid to keep the cans from falling over when stacked)

EDIT: all parts labled "V2" are an updated version of the original, redesigned to have smother more rounded edges. All parts should be compatible with the previous iterations.
