Mini Bic Skate Tool

a skate tool for roller skates or skateboards that fits on the bottom of a mini bic lighter. its a mix of a lighter leash and a skate tool but also includes a cap to keep junk out of the top of the lighter. the cap and bottom can be connected with a hair tie or string.
