mini bose technology speaker

this was inspired by hexibase youtube review of his elegoo printer. i made this design to match his best i could while fitting in my 100x100mm build volume. this uses a speaker from a small bluetooth shower speaker the OD of speaker in 45mm and the speakers supports ID is 39mm. there are no screws in assembly, there is a tounge a groove alignment design with space for butyl rubber to be used as a gasket and adhesive holding it together, the front cover is cut out of 1mm clear plastic from a pencil holder, again held in and sealed with butyl rubber. dont worry about warping because it will warp but the tongue and groove section should be flat enough to seal, the warp gives it a nice organic look lol. have fun and enjoy i think it really does amplify. drill a hole where ever needed to route speaker wires or add leds. i punched my hole out the top and sealed with butyl rubber again
