Mini-er Brain Gears v2

I realized that I made a silly mistake with my previous designs of this nature by not offsetting the gear teeth. This resulted in what amounted to forcing two teeth into each gap. I compensated by adding additional slop. With this design I rectified that error and removed the slop. I also went back to filament shafts which are less likely to slip out of the vertex pieces. The upshot is that it runs more smoothly than either previous version.
