I made a mini Sidewinder X1 and wanted a mini FLsun SR. I actually made this on the Q5 so I could measure on the SR while printing the prototype.
The struts should snap onto the effector plate and the carriers. Print a carrier and a strut first at .06 or .1 layer height to see if they snap together. if not scale the strut to fit. Print 3 Carriers and 6 struts then snap them together
Then print the Effector plate at .06 or .1 layer height but scale same as carriers. Snap struts onto it. If that works, print the top, bottom, 3 legs and the rest of the parts at .15 layer height. I didn't use supports on anything
I used TPU as the PTFE tube and coiled some TPU on a real PTFE tube then heated with a heat gun to get it to coil up.
Glue it together solid if you like.
I added Fusion 360 files so you genius cad people can make improvements. Please share if you do. I had fun. Hope you do too.
I printed Phil-A-Ment at 20% scale
