This is inspired by the gravity disc which was originally made of silicon.

It flies incredibly well (about 20 meters) and right now I'm limited by space and skill.

It's meant to be thrown like you'd skip a rock. Start with your shoulder then your arm then your wrist; Make it roll on your finger as you straighten it; Finally give a last flick of your finger as you're releasing it to make it spin faster.

Due to it being a high infill pla print it is rock solid, that makes it a little dangerous to throw between people but it is manageable I guess.

I took about a year to release it which means i was the first to have the idea to make it 3D printable, you're welcome.


update: backed up on previously heavier design because it ends up being harder to throw consistently
