Mini ITX Thin Case with back slot insert

I needed a Mini ITX Case with a full height slot to allow for 4 additional USB ports on the back (horizontally) and a side opening to allow an additional 2 USB ports to be mounted.
I have also added a supports so it can be wall mounted.
The horizontal backplate to hold the full height slot need to be glued into place.
The lid has been created to accommodate the CPU location of the Asus H310T Thin-ITX motherboard and a 90mm fan.
